It’s not the market. It’s not your competitors. It’s not your KPI’s.
What’s really holding your business back? Stealth-mode patterns of behavior within your (otherwise brilliant) team that are stalling progress, shutting down innovation, and - let’s be frank - losing you money.

AI can’t fix this. We can.

It’s time to conquer these Company Killers and take your whole team to the next level.

Help your team build BRiQ™ together

When the pressure is on or things feel uncertain, your team’s Pressure Patterns will show up fast!

Some people shut down. Some push harder. Some avoid difficult conversations. Some try to solve everything on their own. Before long, the friction builds, and it starts having an impact on trust, momentum, performance and ultimately, revenue.

Level 1 of BRiQ - Thriving in Uncertainty - is a team communication and collaboration program that builds shared tools for adaptability, listening, trust and grounded decision-making, then apply those skills directly to the conversations and challenges they face every day.

Thriving in Uncertainty Team

This option is for teams who are:

  Navigating change, growth or uncertainty

Struggling to grow revenue or retain clients – and know something needs to change

  Experiencing communication friction and disengagement

Working across functions, regions or priorities

  Under pressure to collaborate better

Building trust after a period of disruption

Looking for practical development that connects to real work

Ready to create a shared language for how they show up together

INSIDE THE BRIQ Training TEAM EXPERIENCE

Your team will move through four core areas together.

1. REFRAME THE MOMENT

Team members will notice how “no” and “but” patterns can block collaboration, creativity and momentum. They will practice using “Yes, And...” to stay open, build on ideas and move conversations forward.

2. LISTEN DIFFERENTLY

The team will explore listening as a collective performance skill. They will practice presence, curiosity, body language awareness and the 5 Second Rule, so conversations become more intentional and less reactive.

3. SUPPORT THE TEAM AROUND YOU

This is where the group looks directly at trust, connection, shared values, psychological safety and the barriers that make teamwork harder. The focus is on turning individual awareness into stronger team dynamics.

4. TRUST YOURSELF IN THE UNKNOWN

Team members will explore how to pause, reflect, and distinguish between reactive gut responses and grounded instinct. This helps people make clearer choices when the answer is not obvious and the pressure is real.

This was the most impactful training I've received in a business setting in my 28-year professional career.  Unlike some training over the years, this training will actually stick with me until I cross over!

In a nutshell – protect revenue

Team training that actually sticks

Most team development fails when it stays too conceptual.

BRiQ™ is different because it gives people practical experiences they can feel, discuss, and apply. The blend of neuroscience, improv-based learning and behavior changes over time helps teams understand what is happening in the moment, then practice a different way of responding.

Bring BRiQ™ Level 1 to your team and give your people valuable tools for staying connected, adaptable and effective under pressure.

WHAT CHANGES WITH BRiQ?
EVERYTHING THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS.

These are the challenges we’re hearing about:

More BRiQ Ninjas = Better performance. Period. And when the stinky stuff hits the fan (because it will), they’re the ones who keep the team steady, the clients happy, and the wheels on. So… ready to take down those Company Killers? We’re standing by! Let’s help you build an unstoppable team.

“We’re watching engagement scores drop, and so is retention.”

That’s not just a culture problem. It’s a revenue problem. BRiQ rebuilds connection and ownership across the organization so people stay, grow, and deliver.

“We’ve got smart people… but collaboration feels clunky.”

You’re leaving innovation, speed, and customer solutions on the table. BRiQ builds the trust and behavioral glue that makes teamwork work.

“We’re losing deals & customers – because we don’t ask the right questions.”

Discovery isn’t a checklist. It’s an art. BRiQ trains your people to listen to serve, uncover real needs, and stop solutioning too soon.

“Our customer experience feels transactional. We’re not standing out.”

Want loyalty? Empathy and adaptability win every time. BRiQ teaches teams how to create real relationships – not just manage accounts.

“We keep firefighting instead of solving.”

When people aren’t self-aware or emotionally intelligent, everything becomes an emergency. BRiQ helps teams regulate, refocus, and respond – not react.

“Silos are slowing us down.”

If customers are feeling your internal dysfunction, it’s already costing you. BRiQ knocks down silos and gets everyone speaking the same language.
