Learn with others who are building their BRiQ™ too

In this open cohort experience, you’ll move through BRiQ Level 1 - Thriving in Uncertainty - alongside other professionals who want to communicate better, listen more deeply, stay adaptable, and build stronger business relationships.

You get the structure of the curriculum, the energy of live learning, and the insight that comes from practicing with people outside your usual bubble.

Thriving in Uncertainty Live Cohort

Learning that feels human, practical and alive

Thriving in Uncertainty Open Cohort

When pressure rises at work, even the most brilliant people can slip into unhelpful patterns of behavior. We say “no” too quickly. We stop listening and retreat into our own perspective. We react from stress rather than respond with intention. And the impact is felt across the team.

Joining a live BRiQ online cohort gives you the opportunity to notice and shift those patterns with support from other people facing similar challenges at work.

Together, you’ll work through the Thriving in Uncertainty curriculum with guided sessions, practical exercises, reflection, and group conversation. This option also gives you regular time with Bruce and Gail, the founders of ExperienceYes and creators of this course.

This option is a good fit if you:

Learn best through conversation and practice

Want to hear perspectives from people outside your organization

  Value accountability and shared momentum

Are ready to participate, reflect and try things out

Want to build practical human skills in a supportive group setting

Team Collaboration Meeting

INSIDE THE EXPERIENCE

Together, the cohort moves through four core areas.

1. REFRAME THE MOMENT

You’ll start by noticing the "no" and "but" patterns that can limit collaboration, creativity and forward movement. Then you’ll practice shifting into a more flexible "Yes, And..." mindset that helps you respond with curiosity rather than resistance.

2. LISTEN DIFFERENTLY

You’ll explore listening as a real “power” skill. This includes learning how to listen with more presence, noticing body language, using the 5 Second Rule, and bringing more intention to everyday conversations.

3. SUPPORT THE TEAM AROUND YOU

You’ll look at what creates trust, connection, and psychological safety, especially when people are under pressure. This section helps you understand the role you play in creating stronger, more connected team dynamics.

4. TRUST YOURSELF IN THE UNKNOWN

You’ll explore the difference between reactive gut responses and grounded instinct. Through reflection, mindfulness, and emotional awareness, you’ll learn how to pause, check in and move forward with more confidence.

The program helped me understand the importance of creating space for the smaller voices in meetings where it's important to hear every voice. I work in an industry where I want every concern heard and I'll use this to ensure no concern is left behind.

How to bring BRiQ™ skills into your work and relationships

The open cohort gives you a safe, structured space to try new behaviors, reflect on what you notice, and learn from others who are doing the same work. The magic is often in the moment someone else says, “Oh, I do that too.” That’s when learning stops feeling theoretical and starts feeling useful.

The program combines neuroscience, improv-based learning and behavior change with live human interaction, which is exactly where these skills are needed most.
