What is the investment for the BRiQ Program?

BRiQ is delivered in four levels across three learning tracks.
Each 8-week program is $1,299 per person, including:


  • Level 1: Thriving in Uncertainty

  • Level 2: The EQ Advantage

  • Levels 3/4 Combined: Leading with Empathy + Authentic Influence


Each cohort requires a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 16 participants, and we can run multiple cohorts concurrently for larger teams.


Organizations enrolling in three or more cohorts receive preferred pricing in recognition of their commitment to strengthening relational intelligence across the company.


For our additional offerings (full-day or half-day workshops, targeted sessions, and custom experiences), investment varies based on group size, delivery format, and location. We’re happy to walk through options and provide a tailored quote in a quick discovery call.

No problem. We can run as little as one cohort to see the results of the program.

We work with teams in SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing, oil and gas, and professional services AND BRiQ works for teams in any sector.

Each cohort is no larger than 16 people, and you can run as many as you like, concurrently.

No. We train leaders, departments, and entire companies. Soft skills are everyone skills.

What’s the cost if you don’t do it? :) $1,299 per person, per level. (minimum 12 people in a cohort, and no more than 16)

Participants spend, on average, 2-3 hours per week, and have a cohort reflection coaching call bi-weekly. The program has been curated with a “micro-module” approach to allow for participants to consume the content over time.

Yes. There are assignments integrated into the platform. Once assignments are uploaded, we provide additional coaching and feedback to participants directly.

What’s unique about your programs?

What’s unique about your programs?

There are a number of things. 1) We provide live coaching on our bi-weekly reflection calls. 2) Additional coaching is provided through assignment responses. 3) Each participant is assigned an Accountability Partner (another participant in the cohort) to work with in developing their skills and practicing the frameworks. 4) We’re funny. And we use that in our training.

Data is everything, so we’ve worked with an Organizational Development PhD to develop a 360-degree assessment for the first and second levels. We establish a baseline at the beginning of each program, then run the assessment again at the end of the program.
