As companies continue the important quest for developing conscious and vulnerable leaders and teams, the need for empathy is at the top of the list. It’s all about empathy.
In this training session, our team defines self-empathy, empathy vs. sympathy, empathy "fails", authentic vulnerability, and the importance of this knowledge and behavior in the workplace. Through experiential learning, the participants will explore and address myths, and discover tools for increasing and improving personal empathy.
The session also explores the value of Emotional Intelligence within empathy, how it creates a psychologically safe space and increases belonging, and how to put it into ACTION.
